The prices listed are in Euros per day and do not include the local tourist tax of €2.20. Half board is available upon request at any time. You can enjoy dinner at our **** partner hotel, which is only a 5-minute walk away. Dinner includes a soup buffet, cold and warm starter buffet, salad buffet, and dessert buffet. There are three main courses to choose from, which are served at the table. Once a week, there is a farmers' buffet.

General booking terms

Rates
Our rates are quoted in € per person and day, including breakfast buffet, excluding local tax.
The rates for the apartment are quoted in € per day excluding final cleaning and local tax. The final cleaning for the apartment costs € 80,--.

CHILDREN
0 - 3 years: €15 per night
4 - 14 years: €25 per night
Minimum occupancy: 2 adults per apartment!

Local tax
The local tax is € 2,20 per person and day.

Deposit
During the winter season, a deposit is required. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been credited to our account.

Half-Board
For an additional charge of €25, we can also offer you half board. You can enjoy dinner at our **** partner hotel, which is only a 5-minute walk away. Dinner includes a cold and warm starter buffet, soup buffet, salad buffet, three main courses to choose from, which are served at the table, and a dessert buffet. Once a week, there is a farmers' buffet. Prices for children are available upon request.

Cancellations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Terms.
