The prices listed are in Euros per day and do not include the local tourist tax of € 2.20, from 1 May 2025, the local tourist tax will be € 2.60.

Half board is available upon request at any time. You can enjoy dinner at our **** partner hotel, which is only a 5-minute walk away. Dinner includes a soup buffet, cold and warm starter buffet, salad buffet, and dessert buffet. There are three main courses to choose from, which are served at the table. Once a week, there is a farmers' buffet.

General booking terms

Rates
Our rates are quoted in € per person and day, including breakfast buffet, excluding local tax.
The rates for the apartment are quoted in € per day excluding final cleaning and local tax. The final cleaning for the apartment costs € 80,--.

Minimum occupancy: 2 adults per apartment!

Local tax
The local tax is € 2,60 per person and day.

Deposit
During the winter season, a deposit is required. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been credited to our account.

Short breaks are available on request at any time.

For an additional charge of €25, we can also offer you half board. You can enjoy dinner at our **** partner hotel, which is only a 5-minute walk away. Dinner includes a cold and warm starter buffet, soup buffet, salad buffet, three main courses to choose from, which are served at the table, and a dessert buffet. Once a week, there is a farmers' buffet. Prices for children are available upon request.

Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Terms.
